Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties and tasks may be assigned) Ensure guest satisfaction through adhering to Gigi's Customer Service Standards Responsible for maintaining overall store cleanliness Must be on time for scheduled shift, dressed in proper uniform and ready to work prior to clocking in Assist with kitchen and prep work as needed Requirements and Skills Needed Must smile naturally and be happy Must be able to effectively communicate with peers, customers, and management Must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs Must be able to identify and resolve problems, before they happen and as they happen Must be able to use reason even when dealing with emotional topics Must be able to effectively communicate with peers, customers, and management Must be detail oriented, organized, have the ability to multi-task, and perform well under pressure Must be flexible with a can do attitude and have the ability to remain professional during all situations Must have the ability to retain and protect confidential material Must be willing to be crossed trained on all positions Job Types:
