A family-owned, high-integrity operator is hiring an experienced site manager to anchor locations on Maxwell AFB, Alabama AND Fort Moore (Benning), Georgia.

vision, dental, life and disability insurance Vacation and holiday pay PURPOSE The primary purpose of the Site Manager is to develop and maintain a team of people who deliver car wash services to the customer effectively according to company systems (quality), efficiently according to company standards (speed and safety), and cost-effectively by maintaining budgeted costs (profitability).
In addition, the Site Manager is responsible for the appearance and preventative maintenance of the site.
KEY RESULTS Increasing Customer Satisfaction and delivering the best guest experience possible for our military personnel.
Decreasing the number of errors made while cleaning the vehicle (quality and safety).
Increasing the customers' positive feelings by maintaining the facility and employee appearances (cleanliness).
Increasing Top and Bottom Line Revenue.
Increasing car counts (total revenue).
Increasing Unlimited Club and 1Pay enrollment velocity and retention.
Holding labor percentages to standard (human resource management).
Maintaining budgeted operational costs.
Developing Skills.
Increasing the number of tasks performed per person.
Decreasing problems with equipment, damages, and complaints.
Increasing knowledge of mechanical operations and maintenance.
KEY ACTIVITIES Increasing Customer Satisfaction Working on-site actively to:
Train and correct techniques for loading vehicles.
Administer the Employee Handbook and safety orientation for all employees (submit all paperwork to HR) Monitoring entrance-end customer service attendants for speed, safety, and adherence to procedures.
Coach for improvement.
Working at/near pay stations Train/correct techniques for Unlimited Club Membership sign-ups.
Monitor/maintain proper staffing to ensure touching every customer.
Coach for improvement.
Working vacuum areas to promote knowledge of the carwash and club programs Monitor Customer needs/expectations met/exceeded.
Maintaining cleanliness standards in vacuum areas.
Coach to meet/exceed company standards.
Daily Operations:
Perform opening procedures, closing procedures, and manager's checklist correctly and on time.
Maintain the functionality and appearance of all tunnel equipment, pump-room equipment, point-of-sale software and hardware, outdoor equipment, landscape, and general property needs.
Address all minor repairs with the intention of them being completed before the next day's opening.
Address all major repairs with the intention of them being completed promptly and not to reflect on wash performance.
Ensure that tunnel operations procedures are followed consistently, correctly, and according to standards.
Coach employees for improvement in the above areas.
Manage customer accounts and ensure goals with UWC are maintained/met or exceeded.
Customer Interactions:
Handle customer complaints effectively, including damage claims, and resolve to company standards.
Handle routine customer inquiries.
Train employees to effectively interact with customers.
Actively promote off site (i.
e.
gas stations, mini malls, street advertising, etc.
