We own two small businesses and we are seeking an independent, skillful and proficient Administrative Assistant who functions well in a diverse remote work environment.
this person will have to be local as errands will need to be run occasionally.
Mileage will be paid.
The ideal candidate should be efficient with technology and Microsoft office and QuickBook invoicing, be able to communicate through multiple channels, and be organized and detailed oriented.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
You will respond to tenants, line up contractors, confirm completed work, and filter calls.
For this role, you must be bilingual and have your own transportation for traveling to rental properties, jobsites, company errands, office, etc.
Mileage will be paid for driving to properties but not to and from the office from home.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
2-3 years minimum experience required as an Administrative Assistant/Property Manager Must speak Spanish Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours, and able to dedicate a minimum of 10-15 hours/week Excellent time management and organizational skills Must have clean background Must be local References that support your experience with administrative work, property management
Responsibilities:
