POSITION SUMMARY The Workforce Development Specialist coordinates student placement across the organization, coordinates and evaluates earn and learn student employee programs, assists with teaching/coaching employees in school at work program, participates in recruiting events, and collects, tracks, and reports data/metrics of workforce development programs.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education High School Diploma Minimum Experience 1-2 years of experience in healthcare setting.
Required Registration/License/Certification N/A Preferred Education Associate's degree Preferred Experience Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs Preferred Registration/License/Certification N/A Other Requirements N/A Location:
