FULFILLMENT & CUSTOMER SERVICE REP PAY / COMPENSATION:
$15-18 per Hour - Ten Days PTO and Eleven Federal Holidays POSITION SUMMARY The SHAW CONCEPTS - Fulfillment and Customer Service Representative is an individual with a service mindset and a passion for attention to detail and preciseness.
They are responsible for fulfilling online, dealer and government orders in a prompt and correct manner, managing all finished inventory for accuracy and answering customer service requests and actions.
This position will take online orders, check postage, print labels & pack slips, properly pack and close up packages and hand o packages to the appropriate carriers (USPS & UPS).
This position will additionally ensure inventory is properly stored and organized, pick-and-pack tubs are constantly topped o and inventory numbers are accurate.
The position is also responsible for handling all customer service inquiries and will work to rectify them in a satisfactory and timely manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES -Fulfill Customer Orders Properly and Promptly.
-Inventory is properly counted and stored.
-Provide exceptional customer service to clients via email.
-Resolve customer complaints or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Develop and Enhance the companies Government Sales Requirements and Standing.
QUALIFICATIONS -Disciplined & honest person with a good work ethic and passion for serving customers.
-Highly detailed person with good organization and a logical thinker with strong follow through.
-Ability to organize workflow and execute tasks precisely.
-Thorough knowledge of company products and o erings.
-Good written and verbal communication skills.
-40 Hours a week or More as this is a Full Time Position.

-Ability and willingness to stand on feet for the duration of the day and lift at least 50 lbs regularly.
-High school diploma or GED.
