We currently work Monday thru Thursdays for approximately 30-32 hours per week.
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday hours are usually 9am-1pm and 2:
30pm-6:
30pm and Wednesdays are 12:
30-6:
30pm.
Wednesday mornings will be added to the schedule soon.
Pay ranges from $15 per hour to $20 per hour based on qualities, skills and experience.

Responsibilities Ability to learn new technologies easily is a MUST.
Greet people and answer phones with a smile.
Schedule/reschedule appointments in person, email, text and on phone.
Be friendly, outgoing BUT very task oriented at the same time.
Check insurance benefits (online or by phone).
Take payments and discuss finances of needed care with patients.
Complete procedural checklists.
Make confirmation calls and write thank you cards.
Monitor and control the flow and timing of patients throughout the office.
Be a team player.
Be willing to come early and leave late.
Skills Technology (ability to learn and use computers, email, iPad, phones well is a must).
Everything we do is technology dependent therefore it must be done efficiently and well.
People (must enjoy interacting with people face to face and through technology.
You will be face to face with people all day, everyday.
) Team Player (have a team first attitude working shoulder to shoulder with other people.
) Communication (excellent communication skills is a must.
For example, make complex things seem simple, listen more than you speak, constantly view things from the other persons perspective, and good ole fashion kindness).
Math (Need to be comfortable with a calculator, numbers and math.
) Growth (must the desire to learn something new and do it until you become great).
Humility (must be willing to receive feedback and correction so that you can become your best you).
Attitude (must have the ability to have a great attitude no matter what may be going on in your life).
Organizational skills are needed.
There are MANY details that will have to be managed throughout each day.
Knowledge of insurance and how deductibles/copays/coinsurance works is a HUGE plus.
No prior experience is required as long as you've got a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
