POSITION SUMMARY The Document Imaging Tech is responsible for the creation of electronic medical records.
This includes accurately prepping, scanning, quality checking and validating documents.
The Document Imaging Tech is also responsible for indexing all documents according to organizational guidelines.
This employee maintains high quality of work with consistency and timely turnaround of all medical records documents to ensure proper and timely patient care.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum Experience N/A Required Registration/License/Certification N/A Preferred Education N/A Preferred Experience At least one year of experience working in a medical records department in an acute care setting.
