POSITION SUMMARYThe System Engineer performs complex configuration activities and demonstrates expertise in the core systems and all interface applications, both customized and packaged.
This position assists in the operational support of the system and network infrastructure.
This includes the resolution of problems reported by the Information Technology Help Desk and the implementation of new equipment and new or upgraded functionality.
They take ownership of issues, work independently, escalate problems when needed, find creative ways to resolve problems, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly, and concisely present complicated computer concepts to end-users with differing skill levels.
