Job Details:
Functions in compliance with department facility, and regulatory agency safety policy and procedure by demonstrating efficient and safe use of housekeeping equipment and solutions in order to facilitate smooth operations.
Competency on Interdepartmental Communications- Ability to recognize and appropriately respond to situations/issues that require communication or interaction with other departments or patients.
Performs varied tasks in order to maintain an orderly, sanitary, and attractive environment of care within the facility
Preventative Maintenance- Demonstrates knowledge and ability to perform maintenance tasks to ensure all carpet and hard flooring are maintained on a scheduled basis conforming to departmental standards.
Demonstrates knowledge of elder abuse and neglect.
Qualifications:Must have at least one year experience in stripping and refinishing hard surface floors. Have the ability to cross train in several job duties.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
