Summary
The General Warehouse Worker will unload product, select product, and pack items identified on a store order with radio frequency (voice or handheld) wireless unit. Must accurately prepare all cartons for shipment for various store locations.
Scope
Accurately select items with a Radio Frequency headset, place correctly in cartons, place labels and prepare for shipment to JoAnn Stores.
Complete all store assignments within a required labor standard.
Refill primary pick slots with appropriate product by article number following specific replenishment procedures.
Maintain a clean work area throughout the shift by stacking pallets, sweeping and picking up debris.
Operate power equipment to move product throughout the warehouse.
Able to lift between 25-70 pounds unassisted.
Education Requirements
Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Minimum: 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Skills
Ability to achieve and maintain production requirements. Attentive to all aspects of the work environment while working with others. Able to work effectively for significant periods of time in a location with little interpersonal contact. Must be able to stand and/or walk on concrete for a minimum of 8 hours per day and be able to lift between 25-70 pounds unassisted.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
